I got my grinder and it worked great for about 3 months, then the motor seized, I contacted amazon and they sent a message to the seller and told me it will take 24-48 hrs. before the seller would contact me, I less than a hr. I got a reply which they talked about overtempt protection, I emailed back, (this was late at night) and woke up to the message that they are sorry and to have amazon send me a new one. I had thenew one in less than a week. That is great costumer service !I Love knowing exactly what part of the cow is in my ground beef! My old grinder died. I decided on this model for the sausage making setting. although I have yet to use it for sausages, I really like it for beef, veal and pork. This meat grinder is not complicated to use at all.the instructions are user friendly and easy to follow too. All of the attachments fit very well and are removed with ease for cleaning. It makes easy work of chopping and grinding and Much more powerful than the one it replaced. My husband and I are able to grind over five pounds of beef in under 3 minutes. The grind is uniform, accurate and exactly as we wanted it.The machine itself is solid and well built. it’s also compact and lightweight.totally worth the price! The part of the grinder that takes the meat into it shook loose many times. It needed a more snug fit. This thing is a turd! I bought it almost a year ago and didn’t try to use it until now. The motor has an obvious defect that makes it sound like a flat spot where the brushes ride on it. I tried one small piece of cold deer meat and it almost came to a stop. Also has an electrical hot smell after 30 seconds of use. Not sure if they are all that way but buyers be ware! I’m stuck with this piece of junk. I guess I lose! This is grinder is to loud .Motor machine need to be little heavy more no no Grown meatIt works fine but make too much noise
