It cooked the waffle underneath, but the top doesn’t cook it at all. So it’s faulty, not an authentic item. Plus the box was damaged, it looked like someone had opened it before. So most probably it was used as well. Just made a return request, hope to take my money back at least. DO NOT BUY!!!Worked fine for first waffle but then gradually stopped heating up at all. Only given 2 stars instead of 1 because the after care has been great and I feel that that needs some form of recognition.I got this as a gift for my wife, i ordered a Stepdown voltage converter so that I could use it, I plugged it in and after 5 minutes is stopped working, Ive reached out to the sellers 3 times and had no reply, dont buy from them, I also had to pay £18 for FED Ex that i didnt know I had to pay, as they didnt say anything about it. this cost £58 with the extra I FED Ex and P&P it was closer to £100.Do not buy!Cheap non authentic itemScared for mine and my children’s safety.Faulty, will not work for us in the Uk even with a Voltage converterStay away and save your money for being wastedIntended to give as a gift to my Disney mad wife, however I'm not sure I'll even return it so it's not passed onto some other unsuspecting customer.
