Finally after 5 donut hole type pillows/foam/gel pads I got one that I can sleep with underneath by bottom! All the other ones were too thick or too stiff. After Bariatric weight loss surgery my tailbone sticks out and protrudes , which causes it to be very sore and almost creates a bed sore. This alleviates that and I can sit on my bed Indiana style/cross cross applesauce without feeling like I’m sitting on a giant pillow. I also can lay flat on my back and feel comfortable with it under my butt. This has been a life saver!
