I tried it once and am giving it away. Cannot handle the consistency of pasta dough to make egg noodles. Perhaps it is for Asian noodles that have a softer dough consistency. Literally pushed out noodles that were an inch long and it got stuck. Even with a softer dough the pictures are misleading because there is no way it can produce long noodles given how little fits in the tube.Did not work as advertised all the noodles stuck together and made a clumpy mess
